Our commitment as an organization is to focus on serving those who are most vulnerable – those individuals and families who suffer most in our community and who lack the access to opportunities that create a basic quality of life. 

Our Mission

We inspire people and mobilize both financial and intellectual resources to strengthen our community. We inspire positive social change in the lives of underrepresented youth through innovative and sustainable educational programs that provide skills and leadership development with a focus on entrepreneurship, college & career readiness, and motivating youth through multi-media platforms.

Our Vision

We envision a racially and socially equitable community where all people have the opportunity for a high quality of life, including but not limited to: social and criminal justice, health & wellness, education and workforce development, economic empowerment through entrepreneurship, food, clothing, shelter, safe neighborhoods, 21^st century policing, and gun violence prevention.
